:D I got some information from the seller (if anyone is interested): "The Greco EG-1000 is made of Maple top and Mahogany back for the body. High end class model at that time. Neck is Mahogany 1 pcs and Ebony for the fretboard. DRY pickups and the finish is lacquer."

I have bought a 1978 Greco EGC-1000 and would like some information about it and other Greco Les Paul replicas. Have searched the internet, but with no results. Anyone here who have links to good websites with information about Greco guitars?

According to the tokai registry page the guitar should be built in 1998. The catalog with the models from 1998 is not on the Tokai registry page. Anyone out there who has the 1998 catalog?
