I own a premium series ES-120 (now called ES-145) that I love and I did not want this new guitar to be of any less quality - though I am sure the LS-95S is a wonderful guitar too...
A former bandmate of mine owns a 70s Gibson P90 goldtop with wraparound...
I have to decide between a Tokai LS-95S or a LS-160S. One of the (apparently few) differences is that the LS-160S features a "long tenon". What does that mean? What is the tenon? And what does a guitar have when is does not have a long tenon?

I own a cherry Tokai ES-120 that I bought from www.apollonmusic.com in Japan a few years ago. I love it and now I want a Tokai TJ-60 but it seems Apollon does not feature Tokai guitars any more. Also, they are apparently gone from Ishibashi.co.jp too.
Does anybody know a good Japanese...
