Is there a Bacchus 101/FAQ hidden somewhere in here?

this is from some olds threads and might be of some use The Bacchus vintage series by deviser was from 1994 until 2004.
There were the fender copies and gibson copies both by them.
this info was originally fully by Tokai Joe but also posted on TF by greco-burst.

Odd, never had any rattle at all on any setting on my THR10C.

    Yamaha THR

Just though I'd chip in. Best home am I've ever had and I've been through a few, tried powerscaling, low wattage valves amp the lot. It even has a nice acoustic setting and you can play a bass through it. THR10C you won't be sorry.

    Mint green or white pickguard?

The mint green on my strat is more like the darker one. Perhaps not quite as dark as that one. It could be the photo but it's more than just off white. Both my strat and the tele here are mint green

Tone tips ~ tips on tone

Never tried this but it is just the well known treble bleed mod isn't it? http://ratcliffe.co.za/articles/volumepot2.shtml Previous posts on this forum recommended removing it as it sucked tone. As I said never tried but it looks like the same mod to me. Dave

    Re Tokai Love Rock LS75F?

Yep, that'll be correct then. I have scan of the 2004 Japanese catalogue and by then it's an LS80F.

    Re Tokai Love Rock LS75F?

Hi, I think it's a 2003 LS80F as I think in 2003 the plain top was LS75. It's essentially the same guitar as shown here in the 2000 catalogue as an LS70F. They change the model number based on the selling price so the equivalent guitar today would now be something like an LS98...

    1980 Les Paul Navigator

Thanks for the interest and offers on here. There's now quite a few bids so it looks like I'll have to take my chances on ebay. New pic's and info added to the listing. Dave

    1980 Les Paul Navigator

Thanks again for the comments. Yes, John I think I may be mad! It is indeed an incredible guitar and I'll probably regret selling it. Something said often on these boards but very true in this case. Dave

Thanks guys, The neck has a fat fifties feel and as you can see from the picture the lip doesn't extend into the pick-up cavity. Dave
